Not sure about for women, but I sported reefs all last summer at Disneyworld and just last week at Disneyland and I had no problems with my feet hurting.

I have both the Teva Mush and the Reef flip flops. I, by far, prefer my Tevas. I usually carry my Reefs as well as Crocs, but usually wind up in my Tevas the majority of the time. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own.

I have the Nike Celso, and they have to be the most comfortable flip-flop I ahve ever worn. Even more comfy than slippers.

I have the Reefs and my DD has the Tevas. Reefs are OK but I tryed on DD Tevas and they seem to be way more comfy.

. . . and elsewhere.
Even though I carry a bit too much weight (my belly, and occasionally my 4 year old son), they have been fantastic.
.
I believe the "standard" Terra's are close to $75-$85, but they have some no-frills versions for $40~50 which wear just as well/comfortably.

Reefs are o.k., but Tevas are like a big hug for your feet! Soft and squishy and great! I vote for Tevas :thumbsup2

I also have both Tiva's and Reef's and the Tiva's are by far the most comfortable.
