Geocites doesn't allow you to directly reference clipart on any of there sites. You would need to copy the clipart to another web page somewhere and use that address in your signature. If you don't have another place to put it, you can get a web site for that very purpose right here on the DIS.

Here is a link to some instructions that tell you how to get a site and how to copy and upload images and then put them in your posts and signature.
