I'm sorry if everyone knew this already but I was in a room where Mocha was in and someone asked how to become Staff or Tester. She told the girl who asked that to be Staff you need to work for Disney (which we knew already) then she said that to be a Tester what you have to do is contact Disney and not VMK. She said that was all she knew and to ask a tester for more info.

I have applied at both Disney and Sulake. The testers are mostly Disney employees. I believe one or two are from Sulake. All the other staff (VMK and HOST) are from Sulake.

If you're a tester i believe you would have to work in a office. This is not a work at home job. This is a real paying job and i know they all work in an office together, because i asked a person to say "Hi" to the rest of the staff there and they replied: "They All Say Hi Back" and i asked: "You're All There Together?" And They Answered: "Yes We're All In A Office".

Most of the testers, but not all, work in the same office. Staff do not however all work in the same office...most work at home and tele-commute.

And yes, both are real life jobs that you get paid to do. If you are a tester, you need a computer science degree.
