What you are currently trying to add to your signature is an entire web page. You can add a link to a web page or you can add an image to your signature such as a .jpg or .gif file. Which are you wanting to add?

This is what it would look like if you got it down within the signature clipart guidelines. Just to give you a reference point. More work will have to be done to it to get the file size in bytes down to within the guidelines.
