Uh... The arteries take oxygenated blood away from the heart, the capillaries diffuse the oxygen to the different cells around the body, and take in carbon dioxide and other waste material, and the veins take deoxygenated blood to the heart.

Uh... then the blood goes through the right atrium, to the right ventricle, and through the pulmonary artery to the lungs, where they it gets oxygenated again, then up through the pulmonary vein to the left atrium, then through the left ventricle, then up the aorta and to the arteries.
