My mother can't smile.
She looks like she's in pain when he smiles.
It looks forced.
Her teeth look like she's pushing them together really really hard to force the smile.

Most of my smiles are from laughing.
Because if I'm with someone I'm usually laughing and smiling.
People tell me to smile more and not look grouchy. I think you should have a reason to be smiling, it's weird to walk around with asmile on your face, then people think you're like smirking at something you're thinking..
