So i notice that the regular standby line for Test Track gets long pretty quickly, even in the morning. (today was 45 minutes by 9:30 am) What would the single rider line wait time usually be like in comparison?

Not long. We rode it a few times last year, but my son wanted to do it one more time on our last day, so we did single rider. We got lucky - the kids got to get in the same car. My husband and I rode separately, but at least my then 10 year old was not alone. She was supposed to be with me but I guess her brother is more fun. :)

when we were there in Feb. the SB was 90 minutes (or more, I think) and we only waited 15 in the SR, and even got in the same car!

For January 2018, we got to Test Track single rider at 9:30 am after Soarin and there were 5 people in front of us so probably waited 3-4 minutes. Standby queue was 30 minutes for reference.

Remember, single rider lines really don't have a wait time. For an example like Test Track, every party in the standby/FP line could be a party of three, in that case, the single rider line will never move.
