Test Track recent EMH/RD wait times standby/single rider

With Soarin' closed, has anyone recently gone to TT right at regular open RD or EMH RD? Curious if single rider is open right away as I know they sometimes hold that until wait times build and what the standby and/or single rider waits have been running. It's the only ride we care to FP+ but don't want to waste all our FP's, as we plan to hop later to preferred parks/rides.

We were there last week. Not at RD but in the morning. They did have the single rider line open. It was 20 minutes compared to 45 for the stand-by line.
