Test Track presented by General Motors Reopening Date

Buckle up for a new spin on a fan-favorite attraction – Test Track presented by General Motors will reopen on July 22!
This attraction update will debut an all-new musical score, as well as new scenes that highlight technology making our cars smarter and our lives more fun.

See Through the “Eyes” of a Vehicle

One of those scenes showcases how vehicles can use advanced cameras and sensors to “see” the world they drive through. Walt Disney Imagineers were able to represent this tech utilizing over 29,000 points of light - and to explain a little more how guests will see through the “eyes” of a vehicle, meet Leigh and Cole.
While Test Track has always celebrated

Just like you always check your mirrors when you get behind the wheel, I encourage you to keep an eye out for more information to share in the coming weeks about special previews for cast members, Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, Golden Oak residents and Club 33 Members alike to ride before the attraction officially reopens.

Just saw this also. Very excited - we're there three weeks later! I'd lost a little hope when they lost the "summer" part of the re-opening.

Nice! I wonder if GM employees get a preview. We're going to be there in 2 weeks and my wife works for GM so it won't hurt for us to at least ask lol. Hopefully we can at least use the lounge again 🤞

I know they're saying AP and DVC preview days, but if you're BOTH can you go twice in a day, or do you have to pick one?? :rolleyes1

We are both and did both for Tron (although they were in different weeks). Really wondering when they will release these dates and if for DVC you already have to have a reservation.

Do you have to have a DVC reservation or just be a member to get the preview? We're now local but my next over-night vacay isn't until August, but I can certainly take a day (or 2) off work and ride TT!! :flower1:
