Yes, there is a fast pass and I highly recommend it. Even with a FP, you can still wait a bit for this ride.

I'm not sure of the exact height requirement, but my boys were 48" tall the last time we went (March '06) and they were able to ride. My 5 year old LOVED this ride and so did the rest of our family. Parts of it aren't my favorite, but the speed part towards the end is really worth it.

Test track is one of our favorites. My DD has been riding since she was 4I believe. I'm thinking the height requirement is 40". Not really scary at all, just a little fast and jerky in places. We love TT!

What specifically did you not like about it? DM 65 does ToT and Splash and BTMRR.

She will not do RnR. Frankly, it is too jerky for me too, although I love California Screamin in DL CA.

So you think it would be too much for DM?

We liked this ride a lot, particularly the fast part at the end! My DD first rode when she was 6. We always had good luck with the fastpass, but be warned that this thing breaks down, very temperamental. I think they sometimes don't run in during/right after rain. Maybe someone else can shed more light on this aspect.

The height requirement is 40 inches. My son has been riding since he was 4 and he loves it. As for your DM, if she does ToT, Splash and Thunder Mountain, I think she will like this one too. Both of my parents love Test Track and they ride the same ones as your Mom (my Dad does RnR too though). They are around the same age too, 65 and 70.

Yes, I agree about the rain. The ride closed a few times while we were in line during our last trip due to rain. They said they have to close during the rain and have to dry things off after it stops raining.

Oh I'm so sorry for making it seem like I didn't like it. I just prefer the ending to the beginning. In the beginning, the car is going through a bunch of "road tests" and there's a really cold part and a smelly rust part (or I think that's what it is). It's MUCH more fun when the car starts going fast. :)
