hey sweets, if it is kidney infection, stay on the cranberry juice/ citrus type drinks and lots of water to help. see your doctor again if you are not doing better. if you can keep the kidneys flushed out and stay hydrated, you will improve. if not, looks like tony is making a road trip.

tony, if you make that trip, stop in new orleans on the way and bring me a bag of beignets please...

Morning, hope it's a short work week for all; my DH's holiday is Friday ; he tends to have to work the holiday quite a bit - strange imo. That contract bonus check's still burning a hole in his pocket ; not sure if he's gonna jump off that fence & buy that hog or not. I have zip interest in the whole ball of wax.

mac - so what day you planning for MNSSHP? know you'll get in a couple HHN ; someday I've gotta try those - sounds like so much fun. Did see the old program on Travel channel, very scary stuff.

mic - sounds like you got a lot done yesterday, way to go.

pam - the rats won ; had a good crowd. Will check cell phone to see if any pics came out, always forget to take my camera - d'oh.

tvt - going to new orleans...(I'll be humming that one all day now). thanks for the update on ocm...now, warning, warning all guys close your eyes - girl talk ahead.

ocm - never suffered thru that, never any bladder problems either (knock on wood); my mom does though - she gets sick as a dog...hope you feel better soon. psst - loose the underpanties (as in no tight ones or non-white grannie panties); at least that's what my mom's urologist sez - seems to help.

Is it a kidney infection or a bladder infection? Bladder infections (which us ladies can get quite easily, I've had several over the years and they are NO fun) need antibiotics or you will feel as if you are pee-ing crushed glass with no relief. Don't let it go if you need something for it. If it is bladder, drinking lots of liquids won't help without the meds, cause it's hard to pass the urine with the pain. Let me know how she is feeling please....

It is turning out to be a nice day out here today...it is 68 right now and sitting here on my deck is awful nice

It is suppose to get coooold the rest of this week though so i better enjoy it.

Off to figure out why my printer isn't printing I have to send trent and noah's glasses stuff in and can't figure out what is wrong....hate when that happens

It's a kidney infection. I have gotten them before, and the worst one I had before this was when I was pregnant with Nico. I had one bad one when I was pregnant with Julie, but this is the sickest I've been with it. I think the problem was it went on for so long I had no idea I was sick. It wasn't until I saw all the blood that I realized there was a problem and it took TVT to convince me to call the Dr. I really didn't feel any pain, no fever, nothing.

The Dr looked at me as though he was puzzled. He said most patients are doubled over in pain when it gets to the point of that much blood. I've been on the medicine three days and there is still blood, but now there is also pain. If it doesn't clear out by Wed I will call the Dr back. In the meantime, I just feel competely drained. I'm just hoping that my body is trying to fight the infection and that is why all this weakness is here.

In the meantime, Timmy is coming from San Fran tomorrow!! I'm wicked excited. I have missed him so much and my kids are thrilled to have him coming. He is only in town for a little bit on buisness. If I don't feel good, I'm faking it. I can't wait to see him.
