he didn't say i was fat.......he's still breathing.........but he said i needed to take better care of myself.........tone up........feel better......blah blah....

Thank you KS!!! I am getting extremely nervous now....i did a huge no no...i came on-line and read a whole bunch of stuff on lasik today...now i am terrified!!! I told dave that I didn't want to do it I am sure everything will be fine...just expect the worse and things won't seem as bad!

well, i'm not making any fast progress at curves......

i talked to a lady there today that is my age and she has been going for one year yesterday.

i asked her how much has she lost.
she said 12 inches total and 5 pounds.


that wasn't the answer i was expecting.



i wonder if pam's eye color will change also..........

that doesn't sound like to much to me either!! I guess if she is happy with it then that is good for her...atleast it gets her to the gym!

I hope my eye color don't change...especially to brown!















Not sure if i will have time to check in before we leave in the morning...i will try my hardest, but if i don't i will post when i get home on sat. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
