Ed is soon going to lose being our  with his :stir: :lmao:

I've worn contacts since I was 18 yrs. old....eons and eons......before they were even made soft.........I still wear gas permeable...I do use my glasses when I'm at home and when I'm not feeling well I will wear them at work...I wear reading glasses when I wear my contacts so I can read up close...another perk of ageing...... Bob, my son was like you, he tried contacts, in fact within the last year, and he just couldn't tolerate them, I told him to have some patience and he would adjust to them, but he gave up... :confused3

and where is our Adam?

miss blue jeans, that is great.

now make sure you give him first place like any of us would do here if it were our kid.............

pam, pete had the enhancement about 3 weeks after the surgery.

the one eye stayed blurry since they didn't cut enough out.

he had to go to reading glasses some years later.

only so much can be cut away or you go blind. no more surgeries for him

WOW!! that was many many moons ago wasn't it?!!?! :lmao: just kidding my friend!!! Dave wore the gas permeable ones up until a few years ago when i talked him into trying the soft ones...he likes them much better! He has had less trouble with soft.

I am thinking about getting some contacts for trent just to play sports in...he is sooo excited, but i told him that he would have to wait to see what the eye doctor said.

I know some people just can't wear contacts...my mom is one of them...she just decided that it wasn't worth it to mess with them. She is another one of them who said....well if you don't go blind.... :rolleyes2 i tell ya...wouldn't you think a mother would want to protect her daughter?!?! :confused3 :teeth:

Adam must be under stacks and stacks of paperwork!!!

Tornado Alley folls I just found this on Accuweather.com

The central United States is called Tornado Alley for a good reason. Nowhere else on the planet do the ingredients for these destructive storms come together with such frequency. March is here and it is time for severe weather to get cranked up. This will start to happen later Wednesday into Wednesday night as a storm system over the central Plains intensifies. All of the ingredients will come together to create a large area of unstable air over the nation's midsection. Add in a strong jet stream over the region and thunderstorms will be elevated to severe levels. These storms will produce damaging winds, large hail and frequent lightning. In the heart of the severe weather zone, enough twisting will occur in the different layers of the atmosphere to create a high risk for tornadoes.
