Gazing balls, well, Pam's mosaic is very pretty, mine is a shiny red...and actually they were for witches to see their reflections and they would stay out of your yard then..................needless to say, my yard is safe..

From warding off witches and evil spirits in Medieval times to showing wealth and prestige in Victorian days, gazing balls have had a place in history for over 400 years. Today, gazing balls are typically placed in a garden as a symbol of good luck.

Mac, you like the one in tights?....hmmmm...he appears to be pulling on the other guy's sword..........better watch him.........

My internet is running a tad better....it is SO annoying..............

Momma, did you get Nico on time? and did the girls finally decide on dinner? I think it is leaning to the Yachtsman....

the note reads: mac was doing good deeds today and can't play until they are done.

had to do two runs with people to the food pantry, its always on wednesday.
then one of the disabled men needed me to take the food in his house and put it away and watch his kid for awhile...beafore that, took car in for service at 7, got it back at 10:45, took todd to work, came back to food pantry helped another family, home after that at 2, then fixed lunch for another son, took him to work . repeat chauffer service begins at 7:30 tonight. second run after that.

busy girl today now i have to clean the house tonight after the kid run.......

taking todd back to school next thursday and getting a room. this way we can sleep until 7:30 on friday and get a cart for move in day at the dorm.

it was either that or leave the house 3:00 am friday morning. get to school about 8:30-9, then move him in and be dead tired. also, the motels there are completely booked up for friday as it is college move in time.

then i will wander until sunday and come home then.

...and the dog chasing its tail is starting for mac again.....you are such a good gal and a good mom...........seems like you just brought son home for the summer and now he is going back.....whew...time flies...

yes, so true, summer isn't long enough for me to spend time with the sons.


have to dash to the grocery store.

one wants blt for dinner, the one that gets home 10ish tonight.
the other two want something different.

and of course, i do not have the stuff to make their dinners here, so back to the store again.
