Pam, we are windy aren't we.................LOL

October is a good time to go to Disney, but it can still be pretty warm, we went one year and it felt like mid summer!!! Also, October has become a very busy month down there...lots of activities going on and lots of "groups" come in...but if I had my druthers, I'd druther go in Oct. than August...don't wait too long to look into rooms too, cause as I said, October has become quite a busy month....oh BOY....you are going to have SO much fun...........and it wouldn't be a well-planned trip if you didn't change your mind like at least 100 times.........

just think how many post and pages there would be if we didn't talk to each other on aim????

Good i am glad that i am not the only one who changes their mind alot lol I wouldn't mind seeing mnsshp too so actually i am really leaning towards oct..but we haven't told the kids yet either way so whatever we decided they won't be dissappointed! We are going to keep it from them until we are at the airport!!! sneaky aren't we!!!!

Pam if you go in Oct go at the end. Lots of us will be there Oct 22-30, me!!, OCM and Ed will all be there plus some others you probably dont know but that are fun peeps. I have been twice in Oct and it wasnt bad either time I went. We were originally going to go the last of May/first of June so we could stay longer but David couldnt get the time off. UPS goes by senority and even after 12 years David has little to none of that (my comp problems prohibit my use of smiles...er make that frownies).
Mic we were there for 2 weeks our vacation last June. I would have loved it but I was stuck with my crazy mil so I was longing for the end of our vacation (how sad is that??) so I could get away from her. The only thing that saved me was she was staying with bil/sil the second week since we had her the first so when I needed to I just shoved her out of my room and closed the door,lol.

I would love to go when you all are going but it really depends on when the kids are out of school--i think they have parent teacher conf. in October so i am pretty sure that they get a couple of days off. I am going to have to ask my friend who is the school nurse to go and check it out for me so i can start planning
I know what you mean by seniority--dave has been at his job for 10 years and has some but not alot!!


Why is it that a 3 year old can have a melt down over something as small as a glass of milk?????? I tell ya--i really do need calgon to take me away!!!!

Okay I was just looking over the cost of my June trip and so far Im up to $182!! Cant beat that.
Ticket $0 (my AP is still good)
Room $0 (staying on my DVC points)
Air $132 (I have NEVER had such a good rate on airfare)
Trans $50 (shared costs for towncar)
--------------
grand total $182 + whatever I spend on food and stuff for the boys

You know I was reading back on our thread. It wasnt planned that we would all still be here. It is really just amazing that we have all clicked so well. And Pam is right, look how much farther we woudl be if we didnt have AIM, but AIM is what really brought us closer.

Our one year Test Thread Anniversary will be July 2 2005. It really doesnt seem that far away. And reading the things from the begining really made me smile. It is just amazing how well we clicked.

I'll be sure and tell Mickey that you guys are coming and to be looking for you....don't know if I ever told this story (sorry if I did...LOL), but when we took gs to Disneyland the first time, we ended up with a private meeting of sorts with Mickey....it was unplanned and just happened. When dil, me and gs came out, we were so stinkin excited (us more so than gs) grandpa and son thought we were nuts but we loved it! It's still a thrill 2 yrs. later..for me...LOL
