good morning all!

This is my friday today!! YAY!! I have tomorrow off to take aubrey to the eye doctor then I think I am going to pick up mic and mac's favorite past time and SHOP!!! Spring is on the horizon so i need to get my butt in gear and make sure my kids have enough clothes for when it gets nice out! Isn't that a never ending job to make sure your kids have enough clothes that actually fit them!

Michael was one of those kids that outgrew his clothes every season. He was just and still is a big kid. The others would have a couple of shirts or pants that would last over more than one season but they still needed plenty. Evan and Connor are built the same, long and skinny like daddy (lucky them!) so I can pass lots of Evans clothes to Connor but I still end up buying plenty for Connor too. Shopping is my weakness!
Matthew stayed home today with a sickly tummmy. Im just hoping its a fluke and not Flu--the sequel.

"FLU....the Sequel".....anyone of us could be writing that screenplay right now......... seems everyone you know or someone they know is battling this crap....its the time of year.............we need to be able to open up the house and air it all out to get rid of those nasty hiding flu bugs...

Seemed like I was always buying the boys shoes, their feet grew fast...and handmedowns were great until they got a little older and started playing hard in those long pants....they weren't much good for more than one boy go-around... I used to patch the knees to so they could wear them longer...do people do that anymore or is it politically incorrect??

I refuse to patch my kids pants! I remember when my mom use to do that to us and i hated it! So if the pants can not be cut into shorts they are in the trash bin or wore for old! And besides--what exactly is an iron????

......actually, I used to use patches that were the action heroes of the day...they kinda liked them.........LOL...and this is a brand new model....pretty neat...........would you like to add it to your Santa list....

I am off of work tomorrow!!! I am going to go and play all day long! well atleast until the boys get out of school!
