OK Confession!! I have taken a nap during the day at WDW! When I was pregnant with Sammie, I was so tired, I fell asleep for almost two hours. But I was in the hotel, not at the park.

I think we need something more peaceful..ie yoga. Ok, everyone remember to breathe when you are in a position and let your body relax into the pose. No clothing is easier..so it is good that it is optional day.

We will start on the floor with our heels together

Just a few basic poses to know. Up and down refer to which way your head it facing.

Down dog position

Up dog postion

And finally we will get into so harder postions

Then back to the simple poses
