i went to golden corral and grazed for lunch today. a friend took me.

so, you grazed on a buffet huh? they do tend to get to you, you always want to make the most of what is put out and eat til you about burst....

hope the ankle is feeling a wee bit better today...

gotta finish the vittles for dinner, and it is rainy, yucky and dismal here too....I've been cold all day....any armstrong heaters available

i think the ankle will feel better when the swelling starts to go down.
got to go back on my google search and webmd sites for more 411.

my doc is really good but he is trying to tell me in small steps his plans for me in the near future. not my style. i prefer to hear it all at once. he is the team doc for the chgo bears and white sox and handles a lot of extreme cases.

one of the visiting docs was there when i first saw him last thursday and said i have a curt shilling injury.........that wasn't exactly what i wanted to hear. not the ankle injury thing, the shilling thing..........i guess you know by now my red birds died....................and we will have 86 years of gloating now on the thread...at least the stamp of ed's does have some red in it ...................





i have to get off in awhile.....can't race around the kitchen like i used to..........


i felt something wrong with my foot early on in my disney trip. then when i was at the hard rock hotel, i took a shortcut around the bar and back of the pool to the exit gate to get to the park. my card key didn't work and i noticed a sign employee entrance/exit only. construction going on in that area due to the hurricane damage. instead of walking all the way back and going the other way, i jumped the fence................got stuck on the top but jumped down on the bad ankle/foot.............that's when the pain really kicked in...........

moral to the story: don't jump fences.........but if you do.......drink first.........and then you won't feel the pain as much......

actually, i went to a mardi gras before and by late evening lots of people have shed clothing................being topless is in style then, and of course, most are looped by then too.

mac, you are so lucky you didn't hurt yourself even worse!!! I would ask what possesed you to start jumping fences, but you know, we all do stuff like that...and pay the price after...you poor girl....hmmmm....now you should feel "honored" to have Curt Shilling's injury... he is pretty special...well to us other "Red" lovers....LOL....I know you are sad about your birds, but think of us poor, poor Red Sox Nation fans, lingering in limbo for 86 years, waiting for some magic to befall us....and like you said, ed's stamp has Red in it.....and just for you to rest your sore ankle on...

goibg good, drs let me back to work part time anyway, sooo of course i havent missed a day yet its taking toll on me though, i gotta slow down again, lol,, i do have eye brows again now, and a new team of drs working on me sooo where ya been? we've missed ya you missed our haunted house..
