MAC - how are you feeling this morning? I hope the couch is comfortable...otherwise you have two missions today. Find the watch and claim the bed.

Ed - your revenge was futile. You will never win against us...we are women and we will always prevail.

I just finished my workout and I feel pretty good. At least I am not exhausted today. I should really sleep more often..i have much better workouts when I am rested.

Ed - how is the south beach going?

mac, why the heck did you pick the couch?? Let HIM take it...sorry you had a spat...we don't spat very often, usually a difference of opinion...we kinda let it loose and then it is over...once in a while I won't talk to him for a bit (I doubt he considers that punishment)...but we get over it...we rarely get into it over much...sometimes with his work we don't spend a whole lot of time together at any given point in the day/night so maybe that's why....LOL hope things look better today

glad ocnm is more rested today...me too..after signing off, I did read for a bit...

I'm not feeling quite so good this morning...hoping it will wear off as the morning wears on...glad your workout ocm got you pumped for your day....

glad ocm asked you ed, how did day 1 go for ya? the first 2 weeks are the worst...then it gets much easier. I follow that phase most of the time anyway.

South Beach went fine yesterday, Its no where near as bad as trying to do atkins at least the menu is more open, its only 2 weeks for the first phase, I think I'll survive.

Doin' pretty good this morning OCM. I almost forgot to tell you that you may be subject to a security search prior to boarding my jet. I hope you don't mind. My head of security will be performing that duty.

I encourage all security measures being taken. As a good passenger, I will get there a few hours before the others and he can search me all he wants And to be extra safe..I am going to search him too

South Beach is a change of eating habits it get less strict as time goes along, it supposed to teach you good eating habits and making better choices.

ALmost forgot my morning Sunrise and since Adam is jetting us off to Barbados for Breakfast

Adam--why is it only ocm that gets to get searched--we all want search too especially if that guy is going to search us!! oh well--i am sure ocnm will share cause remember what's yours is mine and mine is yours

Ed--i am glad the south beach is going good!!

mac--i am so sorry you guys got into it--solve everything--make him go sleep in the dog house!! I always tease that the play house in our back yard is my dh bed when we get into a fight(which really isn't very often as we are usually pretty easy going)

m4e--I hear you tried to move in on my dh!! Well i guess i can't blame ya--since i go on walks and other things with yours!!

ed, glad day one passed and you lived to tell...LOL...you are right it is a good plan to follow...and ocm...it really should become a way of eating and not just considered a "diet"...just good principals of eating what is good for you and eliminating what is not....not to say you can never have something yummy again...but to be a "responsible" eater

pam, we didn't get too "acquainted" last night with your dh, as I believe ocm thought it was you....I chimed in...and it was NOT you, so we backed off...quick like...LOL...didn't want him to think we are crazy gals or anything next time I'll stick around a little bit and chat more...while you are out walking of course did I mention tom likes to run???? are you up to that?
