this morning my microwave died.......

i doubt i will be able to work this week.
have to find a new one and then find someone to take out the old one and put in the new one.

when i had my kitchen redone, i had the micro ordered to fit under the cabinets. that was 10 years ago so a lot has changed now and i need to get that started before i leave town.

Evening all!

Back from the ballgame. We had to stop for ice cream because the coach says he always buys the kids ice cream for their first win Noah's team won 12-7. My guy walked which he then scored, got a double, and stole home! He did a great job....mommy is very proud!!

Have to finish getting Aubrey out of the bath and get her to bed so I hope everyone has a good night!

way to go slugger, isn't it nice when our kids do well , swing away!!!

almost forgot today was 180 days for me ; jik we do the DP i booked my ADRs...mostly the same, old, same old; tried & true

Morning all!

It's Monday

On a sad note, one of my high school best friends lost her dad this morning. Don't remember if I told ya but she is the same one who just found out her husband has cancer and is going through radiation and chemo.

I think it will be nice enough for the kids to play outside today. I'm thinkin' it just may turn out to be a good day.

Thanks KS....I guess favorite is the guy with 'bird' in hand CAKE...love me some cake too...didn't get any birthday cake which is a good thing, so I'll slice of a piece of Stitch and have a bite

We have done LTT for dinner several times, not sure what the menu is right now, it was brought out and served by how many were at the table, and I remember ham for sure and maybe turkey, but the other 'bowls' I can't remember, sure it was a potato of sorts and veggies...OH...mac n cheese they had (seems to me I remember Stouffer being the 'host' of the food menu, so mac n cheese makes sense)...the characters do look cute in their period garb...I have several pics with Minnie and Goofy. Last time we went, we were with our little kiddoes that I babysat, and if I recall, Chip and Dale and Pluto were there...

yep, he's a winner alright

not a mac & cheese fan, funny they server frozen food although I hear it's good. I adore the asiago/mushroom pasta they serve @ CP, tracked down the rec. & made it once...a big hit with company for some holiday or the other

isn't it nice to have memories stir up when you think of dinner or whatever @ Disney?

i wan't going to say anything, since i'm the resident doom & gloom girl . My son had his 1st notification of parents that their child had died in an accident late Saturday night. He knew the kid and i went to school with his mom (a year younger than me & we've worked on PTA & other school groups, etc. over the years, see her often out & about/sports banquets, etc.). She was in denial, didn't go well; enough to rip out any parent's heart...has to be your worst nightmare as a pa rent.

Worst part is he was in the service & survived 4 tours of duty and wound up getting killed in a car crash coming home from a wedding reception

i've pulled up the park hours when they came out this month, just weird that CP has their "late" MNSSHP time slots available & LTT is only booking until 5:45 pm thus far . guess i'll just check back once the tix go on sale (beginning of next month i think). I'm just hanging out to dry until U announces whether they're having a Wednesday HHN (10/22) as they did last year or we'll have to go Sunday instead...missing one of the MNSSHP i had planned. Not buying park tix, so i need the events to get in...even cheaper than the after 2/4 pm tix...disney on a dime

off to tan again, wearing a tank top so i don't refry my back , catch you later.

it really tends to be a smaller crowd on those nights.

right now, tuesday the 7th is a no discount night.

i just picked up a card & wrote a note, i'm disturbed; really feel bad for her.

ps i was pulled over this afternoon, flashing lights & everything...couldn't figure out what i did...

I am a nice 'color' now...I like to tan 3 times weekly, but I have to go the 'other' direction from home, and honestly, gas jumped to $3.59 around her in several days, so I rethink every place I drive in the dam car! I may drop to 2 days, at least getting Saturday for sure when I go to run my errands. It's sad isn't it that everything evolves around the price of gas

now i think that is called using his authority....you can only ground him if he gave you a ticket!!!!

I only went and tanned for 8 minutes...i figure i will be upto 20 in no time...then i can take a power nap. I don't know if i like the place i am tanning at righ now...it is to loud there. May have to go for the month i paid for then find another place. The one that i use to use was a movie rental place/ tanning place and went out of business. It was nice because the tanning part was off in it's own little locked place and only the ones who tanned had access to it.

our gas went from $3.29 to $3.49 we need to get that other car bought that we are just talking about...that way we can get better gas milage. I am glad the only driving we have to do right now is getting the kids to there ball games. It is awful for those people who have to drive to get to work.

I shouldn't obsess about gas prices, but it just eats up extra cash everytime you fill up.....thankfully my husband can walk to work and I only drive 20 miles round trip, but still, it is 20 miles one way for any shopping I do and then 20 miles back and a couple miles thrown in for running from place to place when shopping.....it really has to end somewhere

in the city it is $4.04 right now by the main drags.
only $3.89 for rest of cook county.

i am getting by cheap. i only paid $3.67 a gallon to fill up this morning.
