Well trent is confirmed and my family is off with full bellies and I with a messy house

I am sooooo tired and i think i am catching a cold thanks to all my daycare kids

DSs tennis game cancelled, came home w/o any homework, 3 teachers out sick...next week will be busy in my house

Will it give him more time to get it done? If so that is a good thing. Mine are on spring break this week.

My friend and I had to get out for lunch, so we went to Subway...it was nice just to get away for 45 minutes. It is quite nice still...and its Friday and only about 1.5 hr. left

Sometimes it is very good to get away for a little while. Glad it did you some good.

mine - tennis cancelled due to snow another game on horizon today; Rats won - again ; DH bought a 50 inch tv -should be ready for pickup on Thursday/spent yesterday try to re-arrange LR to accommodate it.

bob--hey! how is the job going? are you juggling everything okay? This is your dw busy time too isn't it?

Doing well

Job's been good -- I shifted my work week this week to Mon-Wed because Cam's off from school Thursday and Friday and they were cool with it. I'm getting settled in here and have just enough work to keep me busy without getting overwhelmed.

Juggling has gone well -- Cam's tae kwon do school has a spring break camp next week that he's excited about so I don't have to worry about his week off of school, he'll go there.

And thankfully, Nicole's busy time is starting to wind down for the most part.

Plus, we're off to Disney in 29 days.

i do have attitude today, especially after nearly chopping off my hand cutting up a cabbage for the corned beef finally stopped bleeding, guess i don't need stitches - eeee .

i like the idea of a cookout, not sure if it'd work here, had light snow yesterday . Seems as though SIL & her brood won't be joining us, since she never called me back...somethings never change lol

ed - assume you've seen Enchanted by avatar ; wondering if it's worth purchasing or not...video rentals have all gone belly up in our area other than those stupid red box things that never have anything good.

i think the easter bunny is going to bring enchanted for aubrey this easter. I am so far behind this year it isn't even funny.

I forgot to say that when my family was here yesterday we finished booking our cruise We did airfare, hotel in miami, and hotel in kansas city the night before our flight. We got the hotel for $31 a room in k.c. I was patting myself on the back so hard i hurt my arm

bob--poly sounds good! I wanted to stay there but the other couple that we are going with didn't want to go there.

ed--do you have your cruise all booked?

mic--you stink for getting friday off....i wish my boss would let me have friday off

mac--have a great time on your trip! pack me away in your suitcase.

A quickie this evening...went to get nails done and tan, so I'm late getting home and just now grabbing some salad....

We booked for 4 nights KS...that is about all I could afford

Pam, GREAT deal on the room.....that is awesome...and don't ya love a bargain The whole trip sounds wonderful...I wanna go too

I don't have littles here, but I also bought movies for the Easter baskets...for my son and gf.... as they will be over Sunday...so I got them a basket with some goodies, and I got her "Elizabeth" (something more to it, with Cate Blanchett) and I got a trilogy of "Smokey and the Bandit" for son, he always got a kick out of the first one...I think they are funny also, so guess I'll be borrowing my gift

Ok, almost time for DWTS...so I'm off........MAC YOU HULA DEVIL GIRL YOU...have a wonderful trip and travel safe...we expect a full report and take some pics of the lovely scenery over there...I'm so envious of you..we will miss ya, but a vacation is more fun then hanging out here with us

ks--there will be 12 of us going. We will be leaving out of Miami with port stops at Nassau, Coca Cay, and Key West on Royal Carribean. We have awhile....a long while before we go.... Jan. 10th of 2009. The thing is that it will be here before we know it and another year will be done and gone.

I did finally ask one of our friends if 2 of our kids could stay with them while we are gone. I hate asking people huge favors like that...it just seems like such a big deal. She offered to keep Trent too, but I think I may ask one of his friends parents since he will have basketball practice and a possible game. That way my friend won't have to do as much running.

Mic--i bet your ds and his dgf will love them...you are such a good mom! I forgot to watch DWTS tonight...i had to run to the grocery store

Mac--don't forget to get leid while you're there

ed--that is very cool!! bet you can't wait till Nov. gets here. How long of a cruise are you going on?

our friend in greenbay has a 20 year old son that will be staying at our house tonight.

he is on spring break and going to NC to party with friends.

he'll get in to our town around 11ish tonight then he will leave in the morning around 5:30 when we do.
