g'morning everyone!

morning all!

I can't believe it is monday already!:confused3

Noah won his game yesterday so now they have to play for 1st/2nd place on sat.:cool1:

As far as the meet goes...i don't believe we have discussed it any further. I guess we need to see who is all interested in going.

So, who is all interested in going to Disney for a meet July 24th- 27th?

Morning everyone!

KS - We saw The Spiderwick Chronicles. It was good. That sure is a cutie in that pic. My allergies are acting up terribly, probably the worst I have ever experienced. It is driving me nuts. Wish I could just jump back in bed and cover my head.

Pam - Congrats to Noah!

I will be in at VWL from July 16th - 28th!

congrats to our boy Noah!!

way to go....

disney in july?
did i hear that correct?

Morning everyone

I will check in later. I'm exhausted today. Hope you all have a great Monday.

you can tell it is monday.

no one around.
exhausted from the work week with 4 more days to go til the weekend.

I have a written excuse for not being in class today....I had work to do at work...imagine that :rotfl: then after work I went to get my nails done, got home late around 7:30, fixed tomorrow's lunch, had a bowl of cereal, then rode my bike for 11 miles...and here it is 9 p.m. and almost time for bed:crazy2: now, put that in your pipe and smoke it...:rotfl2:

I honestly can't go to Disney in July, as we are going to Phoenix the end of May and Disney the end of August...I can't swing it financially or time off work wise either.....I SO want all of us to get together, but for those that can, go for it and have FUN...sooner or later all of us will make it work...maybe a couple mini-meets for those of us that are close to each other

Ok, need to settle down for the evening...and mac, if you are getting lousy weather, keep it out your way, it was nice here today, in the 50's ::yes::

Glad Noah had a good game...YAY Noah

Loribell, take care of those allergies....I'm sure they drag you down... I'm still fighting residual stuff in the throat, wanting to clear it all the time, it drives me nuts, especially when I answer the phone 500 times a day at work and I start croaking :rolleyes2

it is still snowing here.
pam, i think you are getting hit with it also.

mic, excuse accepted...........:scratchin

Wow! What a day. I ran from 8:00 am till 9:30 pm! Found out @ 2:00 ds had baseball scrimage an hour away. It got real cold out before it was over. I'd swear the wind was blowing 90 miles an hour if I didn't know better.

Hope you all had a great day.

Mic - I'm doing all I can with the allergies. Hope you get better quick!

Good morning glory's......luv ya all...:grouphug: it is Tuesday YEEHAW, one day closer to that which is referred to as a 'weekend' which really seems like about 5 hrs. of rest and relaxation;)

Mac, I'm not sure as the teacher you accepted my tardy note....will a brite shiny apple do? or do I need to aim higher on the bribe list???:thumbsup2 :rotfl:

Morning everyone!

Mic - that is awesome that you can ride for so long!!

Pam - I will do whatever the group decides.

Lori - hope your day is less busy.

mac - stay warm up there.

I ran on the treadmill today. I am 2.5lbs away from 125!! I am so freaking close I can taste it. the problem is, it may take me forever to get there.

A friend of mine asked me to run in a 6mile run around Atlanta on July 4th with him. Once I hit my weight goal, I am going to start training for that. I have a lot of work to do to get there. I think on Fridays after weight class I will run at the park for 6 miles. Just however long it takes me. Then, start working on speed.

At least it gives me something to work towards.:thumbsup2

Momma, that sounds awesome to run in the marathon...although not my thing, people that do it seem to get a lot of personal satisfaction from participating in them, so go for it:cool1: You will reach your weight goal also, 2 lbs. is easy to knock off....you go girl

Rainy and dank here today, although not too cold...it is a depressing sort of day when it is like this...today appears it is gonna be a long one...yesterday afternoon from 2 p.m. on was SOOOOOO slow.....

i did accept the tardy note.
i noticed it was signed in blood so no questions asked.........

since i skipped breakfast, i'll take the apple.
but will it make me go to sleep?

hello miss skinny ocm....
the day is almost here, congrats in advance.

lori, did they really do the baseball scrimage with the cold winds?
wow........

pam, how much did you get last night?

Thanks OCM! So far it is much less busy. I will be running in to town in a while though, but nothing like yesterday.

Good luck on those next 2.5 lbs! You amaze me with your dedication to working out!

I really hate days like that. It makes me want to go to curl up in a blanket on the coach and do nothing.

lori, did they really do the baseball scrimage with the cold winds?

wow........

Oh yeah, they play in everything except lightning, well I guess they probably wouldn't play in ice & snow but that is not very likely here this time of year. It would have to be one freak storm! Oh and if the filed is to wet they won't play on it because they don't want to ruin the field. I know the winds were at least 40 - 50 mph. It was very hard to drive in.

Funny though, after the game Mikey came and got money from me then headed to the bus. Coach asked him if he wanted to ride with me (he always makes the boys ride the bus). Seems he didn't want Mikey spreading his strep to the rest anyone else on the team. Mikey said he had him sit in the corner of the dugout too! Let's not spread any germs!

Have a fabulous day everyone!

Mic - we are having the same weather here. It's a dreary day.

Lori - I tell everyone, I have to work twice as hard to look half as good as everyone else. It's frustrating at times, but I do notice that I feel better when I get my butt to the gym. So there is a little bit of a reward.

Mac - no congrats yet!! I haven't gotten there and who is to say that I will. I would love to stay under 125, but we will see. Let me see how long it takes me to get to 125 first.

I'm really not sure if I am into running 6 miles either. I'm doing it more because my friend said he didn't feel like running alone. At least it will be good company and it gets me out of the house. Plus another thing to help me hit workout goals and keep me disciplined at the gym.

An apple for the teacher....nope, not sour, not poisonous nor nothin', just a treat for our leader:goodvibes I had an apple this morning and it was good, I like em crunchy

2 hours and 15 minutes to put up with this place...........:headache: and who's counting minutes........2 hrs. + 15 minutes =135 minutes :thumbsup2

Hey all :)

Snow day here today -- it's still coming down. :sad2: Nicole was able to take Cam with her to work today for awhile, then our babysitter picked him up (and Ryan from preschool, which was open) until I got home.

Gotta go get the kids bathed -- and then snowblow the driveway (again). :rolleyes1

if you take up running, be prepared for the larger muscles to be more pronounced on you........

your butt, thighs, just to name a few.........
