Scratching my head here - what does terrorism have to do with "no political discussions"? Are you implying something that I don't get?

All news outlets are fear mongering to one extent or another. Sometimes they use the fear of Muslims or an attack. Sometimes they use global warming. Sometimes they use the Swine Flew. If they create panic in us then we will tune in to see how to solve the problem or prepare.

Just look at some of the news teases they put on for the local news. They are usually exaggerated to the point of absurdity.

If they are investigating a possible attack good, they should. Until the investigation is done though don't make allegations out to be accusations.

Does that mean "when pigs fly"?

The OP seems to have an anti-Muslim bias as evidenced by this thread, especially posts like this. A little read through those posts will make it obvious that the title will not be changed to make it accurate.

Any professional journalist would keep this 'under wraps'. The reason is simple: Unsubstantiated rumors are not 'news' even if they are about population groups that you are afraid of.

There are some who opine that Fox News is in the habit of doing the Republican Party's bidding and that if there were actual news reports of muslims infiltrating our military that it would strike terror in the hearts of the populous and turn them against the current administration. This, obviously would make the entire affair political in nature.
