Territory Lounge -- Whispering Canyon Cafe

We are having a Wishes cruise in September leaving from Wilderness Lodge and have to be at the Pier by 7:00. I was hoping to get a reservation at Whispering Canyon at 5:30 but no luck (and I do call every day). I looked at the Territory Lounge menu and their appetizers look pretty good. Has anyone ever had them and made a meal out of it?

1) A 5:30pm ressie at AP can be cutting it pretty close.
2) If you order enough of them, appy's could be the meal.
3) Of course, with enough booze, you won't notice hunger.

Another option is to order food on the Wishes cruise. We are planning to order a cake, snacks, etc from Disney Catering for ours in Dec. which is for my DS's 11th bday. I have read that you can order more substantial food as well. Good Luck.

You could easily do Artist Point at WL for dinner, let your server know you have the cruise and they will get you out of there. Once you are having dinner, you are only a couple minute walk to your boat, so no problem.

Our cruise left from WL also, we had dinner at AP first, didn't even really have to rush, they timed it out great!

The BLT flatbread is awesome. That is a meal for me. The pork one is pretty good but I prefer the other one. And I will go back for the cheese selection from Artist Point, which at my last visit they sold in the lounge.

The appetizers at the Territory Lounge are pretty good. We stopped in the TL a few times last summer after getting back from the parks. One night we ordered some nachos; they were pretty darn good. It took a while to get them, but we were there at 10:30 or 11:00 PM.

My guess is that the TL uses the WCC kitchen for appetizer preparation. If you're there during regular WCC hours, I bet the appetizer will come out really fast.

There's lots of comfortable seating at TL, including some nice leather sofas. You'll find a few flat screens there for entertainment as well.

What day in September are you looking for Whispering Canyon? I'm thinking of canceling my 12th at 4:15. That should get you plenty of time, just not sure if it's your day or not.
