Tomorrow is my 180 day mark for ressies.
But with the new system/website I am terrified
I have a party of 12 depending on me.
The last few years I have always done everything online.
Now I am hearing that people are having problems with there +10 days.
I am thinking that I should just phone first thing.
Hopefully I will not be on hold forever since it will be a long distance call.
Something tells me I am going to have a restless sleep tonight!!!

I know the ticker is incorrect! We are arriving on the 12th now!!

I would get up and try online since you can do it online at 6 am and that way if it doesn't work out then call right at 7. Hopefully you can just get it done online.

When I had to do Dining ressies for our December trip, I was traveling in CA and was worried about continuity of wireless at the hotel so I had to get up at 3am (due to the time difference) and I started to book online while on hold. Once they picked up my call, I had already done much of my planning and I had them book me for Fantasmic. I know the website is new I it increases the chances of issues exponentially but I would hop on that phone first thing and see what you can get done online while oh wait. Good luck!!

I have set my alarm for 5:30am. (thank goodness i am off work!!)

I will try online first and if that does not work I will have the phone ready on auto dial for 7am.

When did a disney vacation become so complicated?!!!(I know the answer but all the "new" technology has certainly sucked the life out of getting there!!)

I take my Disney planning extremely seriously

I am gald I did not leave the planning up to you!!!!

Who knows where we would end up eating in the summer rush.

I had some very particular requests that I was trying to fill for a large group of us.

On another note I was able to get everything that was requested for our party of 13.

OP, I was not able to book my 180 plus 10 online last Friday. I have a large group too that I was booking for and I did not want to disapoint anyone.

I did end up calling Disney Dining and for some reason the automatic system said that I could not start booking ADR's until the next day..which was wrong..I was at my 180 day.

I held on, got a CM with only a few minute hold..and was done in 20 minutes. I got every ressie I wanted, and at the time I wanted.

We just booked our first trip on Saturday, arriving April 17th.
I thought we'd be out of luck, but I just called, out of the blue, yesterday and got the time/date we wanted for CRT and HDDMR.
I browsed the availability online first and we could have had pretty much any date and time during our stay.

I have a feeling there will be a lot of this this year due to the lack of free dining. I am pretty sure that unless FD is announced, and includes TS for all level of resorts, it won't be too hard to get ADRs this year.

Of course with that said, I am not taking chances! I am still several weeks out from my 180 mark and am sitting here now planning my ADRs and will be getting up at 5:30 am the day I can make ressies!
