Terra Verde v Windsor hills v formosa gardens

Ive been really only looking so far at Windsor Hills condos, I LOVE the look of WH, but am still to decide, now Ive seen some of the prices for Townhomes at TV Im now contemplating there as the prices are a little better than WH, we can only afford a condo in WH but could afford a townhome in TV and i like the thought of a hot tub more than a splash pool. We will be there for 3 weeks

It seems only a few minutes difference in distance from TV to Disney than WH to disney, is that correct? what about other things, like shops, restaurants etc

havent looked at formosa yet

Does ANYONE have an opinion!! to help me decide!

TV and WH are at different ends of 192. WH is closer to 192 and Disney. TV is 2-3 miles from 192 (south on Poinciana)
TV is #62 and WH is #1 on this map.

Formosa Gardens Estates only has pool homes, most of which are huge, up to 9 bedrooms #9 on the map

Hi there -

We are coming down to WDW this fall... It will be our 2nd trip with our young family. Last time we stayed "on property". This will be our first experience staying off site...

I looked at the places you mentioned - loved WH - and considered TV as well.

We ended up going with a 4 BR townhouse in Encantada... WH was more expensive, and based on everything I read online it seemed TV would be a longer drive time...

If you are interested, the listing for the one we are renting is VRBO #294090. The owner has been great to work with - and we can't wait to go for our trip...

Good luck! There are SO many options, to me it was really overwhelming... It came down to location (close to WDW), price, space and amenities. We have five young kids, so our own pool, even a small one, will be awesome. Plus the Encantada resort property offers a nice, big community pool as well.
