DH and DS (3.5yrs old) have a choice between Japan or Morocco or Mexico for dinner at Epcot World Showcase - DS liks all these food genres (even Sushi!) so no problem there.

Would Like feedback on where is best place of these choices for ambience for DS to have a good dinner experience

Thanks
Jason

i picked the teppankyi in japan just because of the "entertainment" and the age of your son. but marrakesh is good also. he might enjoy the belly-dancer! LOL we did not care for mexico, but that was just our preference. we knew the food would not be tex-mex, but still did not care for it. it is also very close quarters in there. enjoy!:p

All three choices are pretty good but I prefer Marrakesh. I find the food more interesting than the other places and we just love the belly dancer. I'd pick Teppanyaki as the second choice with San angel third. There is also something about Marrakesh that is very upbeat....maybe it's the music, not sure. I just know I always feel good while I am there....then again, that could be the belly dancer :D I am also a sucker for couscous...just love it!

We have dined with our 5 sons at all three locations.
Except for when mom was dragged out to belly dance my boys would not even look at the dancer. While DH and I liked Marrakesh the boys, I would have to say, really weren't impressed.

Teppanyaki--everyone enjoyed it very much. (Including a couple of mine that would have been about the same age as your son when they dined there.)

San Angel--our one family "must do" every time. The boys love the food, the night sky and boats going by on the river and at 3.5 years old certainly that they the fact that they can hop on the boat ride before, during (with one parent) or after the meal.

I think your son would be fine at all three places. Marrakesh would be in last place for all of my sons.

I voted for Teppenyaki, even though I've never been to either of the other 2, but I have to tell you my experience with my DS. We took him to Teppenyaki twice when he was little (under 12). This year, for the first time in 9 years, we're going back as a family. His only meal request? Return to Teppenyaki! So this was the most memorable of the many resturaunts he'd visited (4 trips total) as a child.

I haven't been to Teppanyaki, but either Marrakesh or San Angel would probably be a good choice for you. Marrakesh is an absolutely beautiful restaurant, with a lot to look at. Also, my DD just loved the bellydancing, and got to go out on the floor to dance with the performer, who was great to all the kids.

San Angel is a much quieter atmosphere, but it has a ride right next to it. You can easily order, then ride El Rio del Tiempo and be back in time to eat.

I'd probably pick Marrakesh, if atmosphere is the only consideration. (Figuring the food into it, I'd pick San Angel.)

I'd go for the Japanese. The food is good & the entertainment factor is high. The Moroccan food at EPCOT is not up to par. The Mexican is acceptable.
