Teppan Edo

I am coming up on making my ADRs and i am interested in Teppan Edo(TE). we have been to a local Japanese Hibachi restaurant and everyone loves it. However; our restaurant serves fried rice with our meal. It looks like TE serves noodles with their meals. Does anyone know if you can gey fried rice or even white rice in stead of the noodles?

I know my daughter got white rice when we were there at Halloween, she loves "sticky" white rice and ate a ton of it.

Teppan Edo serves white rice with their entrees. While your local Japanese restaurant serves fried rice most do not because fried rice is actually a Chinese dish.

We love hibachi and have been to TE many times but honestly it just isnt worth it. You do not get near the amount of food (salad and soup are extra) or the amount of veggies and the prices are very high. We have asked for fried rice and they do not have it although you can get white rice (did that once and it was hard and crunchy)

From now on we prefert to save the TS meal and go somewhere else and just eat hibachi at home.

We've never had to request it; the meal is served with your entree, noodles, veggies, and white rice.

I know some people give this place a bad rap but dw and i really enjoyed it there. the food was good and it was fun time. this may not be the best hibachi restaurant in the world but it is not the worse either. also this is completely different from the other dinners we had at wdw. some people complain that their was not enough food here but we walked away completely satisfied with the amount we ate there.
