Teppan Edo - Seating Times?

We are trying to coordinate our FP with a meal at Teppan Edo

Seems like there are reservations too early and too late for what we want.

I know Teppan Edo is a bit of a show so I was wondering if they have set times they do seating?

Example, every 30 mins or something like that.

If that’s the case it may make our planning a bit easier to look elsewhere

I'm pretty sure they do seating like everyone else, but you are sit at a "table" for 10 that has its own chef making your food in front of you. So, it may take a bit of time for the table to fill.

I can get a 1:20 or a 2:40 reservation. I wasn’t sure if this was because they do 80 meal intervals and there isn’t anything between these two time.

A1:45 meal would be perfect for us.

We have a 12:55 FP for Spaceship Earth and don’t think we can name it in time for 1:20

At this point SE FP are all gone. I’d be into trying to find a day-of FP which is a gamble

Teppan Edo is one of our favorites but we typically do it for dinner vs. lunch because it is such a big meal. If you really want Teppan Edo, could you move it to later?

Then I'd do Spaceship Earth at 1255p and then go a QS ( maybe Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavillion ).
