Teppan Edo Late ADR

I usually try to make ADRs at Epcot for the latest possible time because I love leaving the park when it's empty. I've always had nothing but great service from the cast members, even when its after park closing. I am making an ADR for Teppan Edo and want to make it for the last possible ADR time but am worried since this meal is more interactive and since it will be at the end of the day they may rush through the hibachi. Anyone had a late ADR there before? If so, what was your experience like?
