Teppan Edo kid menu?

I was looking over the kid's menu for Teppan Edo and noticed that it did not list that it comes with appetizer, dessert and drink like most other places seem to. Do kids get drink, app & dessert on the DDP or do you pay OOP if they order these items? Thanks!

In September my sons did not get an appetizer, but they did get a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. I think that was the only kid dessert option. Their entrees were very generous though and they could not finish them.

Thanks. I was just wondering since the DDP brochure states that kids get an app & dessert (usually part of a kid's meal)

There was no appetizer, there was rice, an entree and veggie in a bullet train. The only option for dessert was a chocolate chip cookie, when we went in September.

We were there on Sunday. There were no appetizers for kids. DS got the hibachi dinner (I think there were only 2 choices) of chicken, rice, noodles, mushrooms, onions and zucchini. He got a drink too. We didn't stay for dessert because we wanted to see Illuminations.
