Teppan Edo and Illuminations

We have an 8:00pm ADR at Teppan Edo. I know the meals there include the "show" by the chefs at the hibatchi grills. Should we be done in time to catch Illuminations, or can we see it from the Teppan Edo building?

They unforunately usually run behind there, we had a 7:30 ADR and weren't seated until almost 8. We walked out of the restaurant around 9:15 and caught the tail end of Illuminations from the deck right outside. I'd plan another night to catch the show, or move your ADR for earlier.
