Tepanyaki or Nine Dragons for Lunch then Dinner too?

Trying to debate these two and having difficulties deciding. Can anyone provide input.

Also, DD is begging for Alfredo in Italy. Are 2 sitdowns at Epcot too much for one day???

I ate at Nine Dragons once two years ago and was disappointed. Gave it a second chance last year and was disappointed yet again. The tea is really good but we get much better Chinese food from our neighborhood place.
But, we eat at Teppanyaki every trip and are never let down. Definitely do a lunch at Teppanyaki.

If you are planning to do this lunch and an Italian dinner in one day, you will probably want to space it apart as much as possible.
