Cast parties should be 1st and 2nd, candlelight I think Sat. I know this because we booked the 3-6 and I asked these same ?? to avoid them too!

You should miss those. Candlelight is usually the first weekend of December.

Candlelight Processional is something involving singing and Christmas. And crowds, I imagine.

CM parties happen two nights in a row in early December, and they close Disneyland at something like 5pm. I do not begrudge them their party, but I also don't want to be twiddling my thumbs in my hotel room, either. (though I'm a big DCA fan so I'd just run over there, as I have heard they have somewhat extended hours on CM party nights).


OP, we went Dec 5-9 last year, and it was great!

Sooooo Exciting!!!!!! I had Thanksgiving dinner at Goofy's Kitchen once... I've never been for any other Holiday festivities, and oh how I love the Holidays!!! I hope you have a fantastic time.
