Tentative ADR Plans - Thoughts and Which to Book First When Window Opens

Here's my tentative ADR plans for a Nov. 1-12 trip with the dining plan. I may adjust back to a Nov. 10 departure but at this point the 12th is the departure date, arriving at the resort about 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 1 and catching an 8:45 p.m. flight out of MCO on Nov. 12. Let me know if you see anything problematic. Also wondering which of these I need to book first when the ADR window opens because of availability issues -- I'm thinking 'Ohana and Cali Grill. Note that we are early dinner eaters and like to hit the parks afterwards. And any thoughts on whether we are better paying OOP for Raglan or Via Napoli? I think it is pretty close to a wash. Thanks in advance.

November 2 (Thursday) – ‘Ohana (~5:00)

November 3 (Friday) – Teppan Edo (~5:00)

November 4 (Saturday) – Paddlefish (~5:00) (never been)

November 5 (Sunday) – California Grill Brunch (~12:30) (1/2 marathon day) (never been)

November 6 (Monday) – Flying Fish/Yachtsman (~6:00) (never been to FF)

November 7 (Tuesday) – Universal?

November 8 (Wednesday) – Sci-Fi Theater (~12:00) (Out of pocket) (never been)

November 9 (Thursday) – Jiko (~5:30) (never been)

November 10 (Friday) – Via Napoli (~5:00)

November 11 (Saturday) – Raglan Road (~5:00) (Out of pocket)

November 12 (Sunday) – Beaches & Cream (~4:00) (Out of pocket)

You will want to try to book Ohana, Cali Grill Brunch and Beaches and Cream first, they will be hardest to get. Then I would say Sci-Fi and Via Napoli next hardest. All the rest you should have no issue with.
