Tennis at Contemporary?

My wife and I would like to make time to play tennis on the clay courts at the Contemporary, but everywhere we look (including several phone calls) we get contradictory information. Never the same answer twice!

Has anybody actually played at the Contemporary that knows the hours and fees? Also, how easy is it to get a court? I know they don't take reservations (except for clinics) but we will be offsite and don't want to drive all the way over there to find a long queue to play when there are hardcourts right at our resort.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know what the pricing information is, but every time I have been by the tennis courts there is never any one out there. One time I saw someone taking a clinic, and they were the only ones there as well.

I really wouldn't worry about an overcrowding issue. I would ask if there are set times for the clinics and avoid that time.

Beach Club had courts at least some years ago they did. I played on them. They weren't clay. I am not sure - perhaps they are now gone with the Beach Club Villas....there was no fee or anything involved in playing over there.
