Tennesse Snow?

If anyone lives in Tennesse has it snowed yet?
we were thinking bout going to tennesse during Christmas.
it looks like it will snow and i really want it to!
so yeah, has it snowed or do you think it will?

It depends where you go in the state. Up in the mountains, near Gatlinburg, it might snow. We own a timeshare up there, and it snows every so often, as in maybe an inch. http://www.sercc.net/cgi-bin/sercc/cliMAIN.pl?tn3420 That might help.

But if you go to Nashville, Memphis, or Chattanooga, odds are, it will not snow. I don't live in the mountains, and when we get snow (The last, I think, was in 2007, beginning of the year.) we get a wet, one-inch snow.

So, it depends where you are going to be. But other than in the mountains, don't count on snow.

Sorry to burst your bubble. Right now, it is in the high forties where I live.

and its been cold, but not cold enough for it to snow.

right now it is sprinkling andi went out side and its cold.

but doubts are it wont snow...

I live in Knoxville, which is kind of close to the mountains. It really doesn't snow anywhere in TN except around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which are in the mountains. BUt if you go up there, they sometimes get several inches of snow. Its really nice up there even if it doesnt snow though.
