If On Board is at 5:30pm at Grand Cayman, is that the last Tender or is that truly the ON BOARD Time, meaning you likely need to be on a Tender at 5:15pm?

I know this doesn't really answer your question, but we always make a point to be on board 45 minutes to an hour before all-aboard time because I'd be a wreck if we pulled it much closer than that. :sad2:

I would plan to take an earlier tender back than that as they tend to fill up quickly and can only seat so many people. Obviously they will have multiple tenders, but that is cutting it very close.

As I recall, if you were back to the Tender Dock by 5:30, they would not leave you behind, but Sytrace is right, you might face more of a line then.

I do know for sure that they announced several times what time the last tender would be and what time you needed to be there, so you will know on the day, but I can understand wanting to know now, for planning porpoises.

If you're on a DCL shore excursion the return time is irrelevant. When we were on a Mexican Riviera tour our return time was scheduled for after the all aboard so that the other passengers wouldn't be using the tender boats and we didn't have to wait.

They will tell you when the last tender will go out. We were just there a few weeks ago and I believe they said the last tender back to the ship was 5:30.
