Ive been lookin on the internet and the temps for the first couple of weeks in May are much lower than I had planned for.
The highs are only between high 50s and low 60s whilst the lows drop down to mid 30s!
This is MUCH lower than i expected and I just wondered how much I can rely on for these temps to be accurate.
If they are, i need to go shopping again!!!

What website are you using, and are you sure you looked up Orlando?

Normal highs in May are in the mid-80s with normal lows in the upper 60s. (Farenheit)

Kirsty,
That must be a mistake on the website. Highs will be in the upper 80s and lows in the mid 60s. Do count on these temps.
If lows got to mid 30s in early May I might consider boots to get through the possible snow storms.

Bring light cloths with you!
Have a great trip,
ADP :D

Ermm, to be honest I dnt know wot website it was, did it thru a search engine! lol! definitely lookin up Orlando tho. however just looked on Yahoo! weather and their 5 day forcast is in the 80s. Surely its not gona drop that much in a few days??

That it will be in the upper 80s FOR SURE! I am in North Florida and it is always warmer down there-- I would guess that low 90's is really more accurate--

Kirsty,

I used Accuweather once and just typed in Orlando - not Orlanda FL. It came back with weather for Orlando West Virginia. It had low temps like you said. I was really shocked for about a minute until I read the WV after Orlando. LOL

If it is in the mid 80s now up here it is SURE to be in the 90s in May up here and even warmer down there-- just wanted to add that-- the month of May brings 90s at least:wave2:

I checked accuweathers 15 day forecast today...and they are predicting 80's thru out those 15 days. Sure it could change---it is a ways away--but 80's are the norm in May.

We were there last May 2003 (The first week) and it was sooooooo HOT! It was in the low 90's and muggy. It made it tough in the day but at night it was awesome! You should be nice and warm don't worry! Have a blast!
