Temporary tattoos

Are there any places in/around the parks that I could get a temporary tattoo? I think they're called henna tattoos? I'm thinking about getting the dark mark on my forearm for WWoHP.

There's one in the Studios by the Blues Brothers stage. I think there's also one somewhere in IOA. I don't spend much time over there, so I can't tell you exactly where.

I believe there is one under the first bridge when enter IoA in Port of Entry.

However, unless it's new, I have never seen the dark mark tattoo being offered.
