I just went to the Tempo Fountain link and the web site is now accepting codes from post cards. We have not yet received our post card. It also has some basic information regarding the inscription; see the next paragraph in red...

Therefore, we recommend you determine your family's inscription prior to entering in your code and starting the process. You have a maximum of 2 lines, 16 characters on each line, including spaces.
