My brother in law just decided to bring his girlfriend down to Orlando to see my wife and I next week. They want to do Disney for a day with us and really wanted to have dinner or Lunch at the castle, but, not surprisingly with such short notice CRT is completely booked. I'm going to keep trying for the next few days to see if there's a cancelation and I can get in, but we want to try to make alternate reservations somewhere else just in case.

He really wants to do some sort of nice romantic dinner and I'm not really sure what else to suggest. We'll be going to the Magic Kingdom that day and his GF probably won't get a park hopper ticket (although everyone else will), so we're limited to something at the MK or at one of the resorts. I'm really not at all familiar with what's at the resorts, so if you guys could suggest another option (that hopefully would have room with such short notice) I'd appriciate it.

Thanks much:)

CRT doesn't seem very romantic. There's not a lot choices at MK. A really great restaurant outside on MK is Ohana's at the Polynesian. Great food. You can take the monorail over to it and then go aback to the MK.

Ohana's at Poly can be romantic. Cali Grill at CR or maybe the Wave.

What about Grand Floridian Cafe? Not the most romantic inside but the GF is so lovely and romantic. :lovestruc The boat ride from MK after dark is nice too. O'hana is great but something about the kids and coconut races... doesn't inspire romance. Maybe Kona would be good. I just love the Poly after dark with the torches lit. Again, the boat over (as opposed to monorail) would be nice.

California Grill? Watching Wishes and eating, it is at the contemporary which is not the most gorgeous of resorts, but is the one that people see and go disney, its cool that the monorail goes through it etc. Also romantic i think, and just a yummy place. I like watching wishes from there!!!

Definitely California Grill. If not that, Narcoossee's (GF) or Artist's Point (WL).

Also, I'd call Ohana a lot of things, but romantic isn't necessarily one of them. Fun, yes. Filling, yes. Romantic? Not to me. Your milage may, of course, vary.
