Please tell me the crowds are dying down at the parks! We leave tomorrow and I can handle the heat but not the waiting in lines! We always go in January so we are used to NOT waiting to ride our favorites!

Yes, they always start to die down around this week because many schools are back in session.

BUT...don't try to compare it to January..it will be much busier.

Tour smart and lines should not be an issue. We went this time of year in 2003 and it was busy but, not sooo busy. We were told it slows down a bit towards the end of August. I had a touring plan for the am and many PS ressies. We were one step ahead of the crodwds the whole time. Fast Passes and the single rider lines are the best way to beat the crowds use them wisely and you're golden!

I hear ya', hoganjdmb! We leave Tuesday and I do hope the crowds will have thinned out!

I was there last weekend and by using FP when possible, and being flexible in when I went to which rides, my longest line w/out a FP was maybe 10 minutes. And those were rare. Usually, by just staying flexible and using FP, I walked onto most things.

Was it still a crazy wait for Soaring? We were there in May. The typical standby line was at least 70 minutes and the fast passes were gone early in the day. We did finally get a fast pass and we loved the ride!
