Tell me your favorite Breakfast location

thanks everyone!

Anyone done a Breakfast at AK?

We did Donald's Safari Breakfast when it was still at Restaurantosaurs. GREAT meal! GREAT characters! I understand Donald is now at Tusker House. I tried to get ADRs there for our trip in May but couldn't. I'm disappointed but we ended up with Chef Mickey's for an early ADR instead. I'm sure Tusker House is great as I've heard many good reviews about it.

Trail's End Buffet at Fort Wilderness is also a great meal. No characters, but it's the best value on WDW property as far as food goes. They serve breakfast, lunch, & dinner. We had breakfast there several year ago and loved it. Just wish it was alittle easier to get to and from.

And though I've never been (but considering it when we go in May), the Wolfgang Puck Express at Downtown Disney looks to have decent breakfast offerings at a great price.

Boma is a must do for us and we will eat there a few times each trip. We also like Ohana but would choose Boma over it.

I have heard great things about Boma and look forward to trying it in a few weeks when we stay at AKL.:cool1:

Love Tusker House for breakfast, second is Cape May Cafe.
Still character breakfasts, but the food is wonderful...you can always tell the cm you'd like to skip the characters, if you're short on time and want to get to the parks. we did this at cape may when a friend and I went last year. The characters waved at us and moved on to tables with children.

Thanks so much for all your suggestions everyone! So many to choose from. I think we are going to stick with Ohana's this time and try either Tusker House or Boma's for breakfast next trip! Thanks!

My favorite place to eat breakfeast is whatever hotel I'm staying in. For example, love the Pop Century cafeteria. They have everything plus lots of seating. Its just so relaxing and convenient.

You've already made your decision, but in the future, I would pick Boma over Tusker House if you are without kids. Unless you ADORE the characters, it just gets a little loud and crowded. Boma's selection is better too. JMO...
My all time fav. place for breakfast is Main Street Bakery :)

1a) Grand Floridian Cafe
1b) Kona Cafe

Kona Cafe for us. How can you go wrong with Tonga Toast or Macadamia Pineapple pancakes?

We're not a fan of character meals in general as the quality tends to suffer (though I've heard there are exceptions).

Of course, I've only had bfast at Tusker House, Kona, and Olivia's Cafe.

We tend to do deluxe dining with a 2-credit meal every day.

With characters - CRT. Loved the fresh fruit and being in the castle.
Without characters - The Wave - by far. Really enjoyable fresh meal.

With Characters:
CP (Puffed French Toast :cloud9:)
TH

Without Characters:
Kona (Tonga Toast :lovestruc)
Boma

We're trying Cape May Cafe in the fall after hearing so many good things about the character interaction and service. Enjoy your trip!
