Tell me why I should stay on the CR 14th floor

Tell me why I should stay on the CR 14th floor. I have stayed at the Poly concierge several times and loved it. We have only stayed in the garden wings at CR. We are going the first week of Feb for a family reunion. We are staying at the CR for the convenience to the MK. My husband will be joining us for the first time. We will be celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary, too. I want him to be "converted". Can the 14th floor provide enough pixie dust? I have studied some of the pictures on Deb's site, the 14th floor standard concierge rooms look smaller than the regular tower rooms? Any suggestions or facts would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, we are staying there for the 1st time next month. Bambi is staying there this month.

First, don't be suprised if you cannot get a room. There are only a small handful of regular "rooms", as it is mainly suites on the 14th floor. Yes, the rooms are a bit smaller. But, the balaconies are larger.

If you at all think you might want to stay here, I'd book the room now. It will be much easier to cancel this room and re-book somewhere else than to try and re-book to this room later.

I already booked the room. The CM told me we had a MK view. I just want to feel better about spending the extra $. I am the official planner for our family, all of the other family members will be staying in the wings. I really want my hubby to be wowed! My biggest concern is comparing it to the Poly concierge. We have had so many wonderful experiences there, I want to know that I won't be disappointed at the CR. I need to know that the difference in price from the 12th floor to the 14th floor is reasonable. One of the biggest advantages at the Poly is that both views in concierge get the same concierge services. Let me know how you like your stay.

I have never stayed at the Poly, so I won't be able to compare them. But I will post about our trip when we return. Bambi, too, promised lots of details & pictures!

Thanks for the info. Do you know if there is any size difference between the 12th floor and 14th floor rooms?
