We will be at WDW in March. Here are my FP+ Selections:
Saturday March 23, 2019: Muppets 10:20-11:20 (This is our arrival morning, by car, and we will be going right to the park. We picked this because if we are delayed its no big deal to lose it plus we get one of our 3 out of the way early.
TSM: 10:20am - 12:20pm, TOT: 12:45pm - 1:45pm

Sunday March 24, 2019:HM: 9:05am - 10:05am, POTC: 10:30am - 11:30am, PP: 11:45am - 12:45pm
Monday March 25, 2019: Soaring: 9:20am - 10:20am, Living w/the Land: 10:25am - 11:25am, SE: 11:45am - 12:45pm (This is to use our 3rd FP and hopefully get TT or Frozen later in the day)
Tuesday March 26, 2019: BTM: 9:50am - 10:50am, Buzz Lighyear: 10:50am - 11:50am, SDMT: 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Wednesday March 27, 2019: TOT: 9:55am - 10:55am, SDD: 2:15pm - 3:15 (still trying to tighten this day up a bit but SDD was a priority)
Thursday March 28, 2019: KS: 9:00am - 10:00am, FOP: 10:00am - 11:00am, Dinosaur: 11:30am- 12:30pm

I think choice of fps is up to the individual and what you want to do. There is no hard line decision that works for all.

I would recommend on Monday getting to Epcot early, and heading over to TT or FEA before your Soarin FP. It will involve extra walking, but you'll be able to do it then try for a FP for the other.

Too much crisscross for me, but if you don’t mind the walking then go for it.
