I just read on another board that the DS will have only 48 of each pin on the opening Saturday. It was also said that the sales would determine how many pins were released to the stores for subsequent weeks. Can this be so?? If each person is allowed two pins per design, the first twenty four people will deplete the inventory. Someone, anyone, from a DS, please clear this up!!!

Actually 48 pins for store is a lot for some stores. By the end of the promotion last year, stores were only receiving 12 pins per store. Now that was a problem. My Mom's store really only needed 2 boxes if that (24 pins) to fulfill their customer's needs.
