We're going between Christmas and New Years (26th-1st)
We are staying off site at a Disney DVC villa, but did book RPR for the 28th so we can use EP for the 28th and 29th.
Even with EP, I am expecting that there will be some longer waits because of the time of year.
I wanted to make a "touring plan" of sorts....basically, list out each "section" of IOA and which rides in each section we wanted to hit.....then decide which sections we would hit in which order. Also wanted to make a list of the rides/shows we wanted to see in US.
The main info I need is which lines get longest quickest....from reading here, the longer the standby line, the longer the EP line...especially at peak times.
I would consider hitting a ride in one section, then leaving that section to hit another ride that gets long lines quickly...that way we hopefully will only have 10-15 minute waits all the way around.
I refuse to wait in line for an hour for a ride......that is a big portion of our day. When I do touring plans in Disney, I make sure that unless there is something special going on, we hit the park at opening, and are leaving the park by about 2pm-3pm. We go back to the villa, change, relax, then go to dinner. We may go back to a park at night for a parade, fireworks or show, but it is about having a good time, and tired cranky kids and even more cranky adults doesn't make for a good time!

I've used TGM, the info here, and my own experience to come up with my own personalized touring plans for the parks at WDW... and over the past 2 years, haven't waited in line longer than 20 minutes for anything...and have hit pretty much every ride.
So any info anyone has that would help me prioritize the order of rides would be great.
FYI....my kids will be 5 and 7.....the 7 yo is about 49", the 5 yo is 42", so they wouldn't be doing Incredible Hulk, Dueling Dragons, etc...although I probably will on my own.
