Tell Me All I Need To Know About Frontier!

Frontier has a return flight that is very appealing for my family. However, we have never flown with them before and I'm nervous about having a 35 minute layover in Denver. Do they have a fairly good record with ontime departures? Are their terminals close together @ Denver, or is it a situation where arrivals come in on one concourse, and departures leave on another? Also, if we miss our connecting flight...does Frontier offer good customer service? DH thinks it's too risky, but I keep thinking: Why would they schedule it that way if it wouldn't work? Thanks!

All Frontier flights are on concourse A---We LOVE frontier. They are prompt with arrival, I agree it works time wise if they booked it that way.

also to note there is a walking escalator down the concourse, speeds up your walking time to get to your next flight

I think you will like Frontier. They are the only airline we fly to Orlando from Denver. And sign up for Early Returns. Only 15,000 miles for a free ticket!
I have never missed a connection so I don't know how they deal with that but they are a quality airline. $5 for TV $8 for movie

Thanks for your replies. I checked the flight arrival/departure gates on the airport website and it looks like they are just across from each other...as long as the flight arrives on time we should be able to make the connection. Although we will be using our bags for carry-on to MCO, I think we will check them for the return flight so we don't have to worry about fighting for overhead bin space if we have to board at the last minute.
