Tell me about your favorite non-WoHP merch

The news about the return of the Figment bucket over at Epcot had me wondering, do you have a favorite item of merch from UO/IOA? I expect that my boys will basically drain my Muggle wallet to stock up on interactive wands, chocolate frogs, and Buckbeak stuffies, but are there other gift shops outside of WoHP that I should check out/avoid? At WDW, I never buy merch for myself apart from the occasional Christmas ornament, and the only thing I was looking to get at UO was a Bort keychain over at Simpsons land. Generally speaking we try to make our trips about the experience and not getting more stuff, but since this is our first time at UO I know they're going to be excited since everything is new.

The Simpson's clothes options are humorous. You can even get a Duff sweatshirt with built in insulated beer pocket.

We liked some of the Jurassic and Hello Kitty merch.

Anything in the Marvel section of IOA. I'm a sucker for comics and always have been a Marvel addict.

There are a few back to the Future t-shirts that I love. Also love the prop shop. Great hats, vintage postcards. You never know what you find in the store.

There's a store near the front of Islands that has a terrific clothing selection. Some great cover ups for women who like the pool. Another plus is you can buy Dr. Suess books at Suess landings. Because why not?

I remember many years ago, we took an uber Jurassic park fan, and they found lots of cool things in the Jurassic shop. We like to buy something related to our favorite ride, like a ride-specific shirt, keychain, magnet (we collect magnets, so that's our go-to.). Usually buy at end of the trip, once everyone decides what their favorite was. Like I love MiB, and Mummy, so it's nice to have something specific for them. DH got a Duff's beer mug last trip.
It's a WW things, but our son found the BEST whoopie cushion in the Weasley's joke shop .
Marvel has some REALLY interesting things now. lots of fun looking around those shops. Love all the film prop/memorabilia shops. Even if not going to buy anything, it's SO fun to look around.

Darn! I should have shopped more at Universal! Only went into the Harry Potter stores. Saw the crowds inside and backed away slowly lol. Would love to pick up an oversized sweater with Bart on it a la the 90s.

There are cool knee high socks. My daughter has Jaws, Back to the Future and Beetlejuice. I’m guessing she will get the Mardi Gras ones next, but we’ll see.
